Instructions
  1. Place salmon in a food processor and pulse until coarsely ground
  2. Place the ground salmon in a large bowl and break apart gently. Add the coconut aminos, green onions, and sesame seeds and massage lightly to combine
  3. Form into 4 equal patties
  4. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon patties and cook for 4 minutes
  5. Turn over and cook for another 4 minutes or until done
  6. Remove to a plate and add the greens to the skillet along with the avocado oil
  7. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until slightly wilted
  8. Remove the greens to 4 plates and top each with a salmon patty
