- 1 1/2 cups coconut water or more for desired thickness
- 2 carrots washed and cut into pieces
- 1/4 raw beet peeled
- 12 strawberries frozen
- 1/4 cup unsalted cashews
- 2 Tbsp almonds
- 1 Tbsp flax seeds
- 1/4 cup dates chopped
- 2 tsp vanilla
