Ingredients
- 1 cup diced apples unpeeled
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Naked Coconut Butter slightly warmed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
Servings: cookies
Instructions
- Chop apples, nuts and cinnamon in food processor but leave chunky. Pour mixture into bowl.
- Add coconut butter, vanilla, egg and honey and salt. Stir to thoroughly combine.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 min or until bottoms are lightly browned.
