Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or raisins
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp vanilla
Servings: dozen
Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in medium bowl.
- Let chill in refrig for ½ hour.
- Once chilled, roll into balls.
- Store in airtight container in refrig for a week.
