Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts cut in half
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp ginger ground
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp arrowroot
- 2 Tbsp water

Instructions
- Place chicken in the Instant Pot.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients except the corn starch and water and pour it over the chicken.
- Start the Instant Pot cycle.
- When cycle is done, release the pressure and remove chicken.
- Put the saute cycle on and bring sauce to a boil.
- Combine arrowroot and water and pour into boiling sauce to thicken.
- Once thickened, put chicken back in and cover with sauce.
- Serve over cauliflower rice.
