Ingredients
- 6 dates pits removed and soaked for 4 hours
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 16 almonds toasted
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted

Instructions
- In a small bowl add the dates. Using a fork, mash them against the side/bottom of the bowl until they become a paste.
- Add the maple syrup and coconut, stir well.
- Roll into 16 balls.
- Stick the almond in the middle and form around the almond.
- Dip each ball in the chocolate and place on a parchment lined pan.
- Allow the chocolate to cool and set.
- Store in a cool dry place in an airtight container.
