Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups baby kale or spinach
- 1 piece bacon cooked and chopped
- 1 egg fried or poached
- 1/2 avocado sliced

Instructions
- Whisk the garlic, salt, oil, vinegar and pepper together in a medium bowl
- Add spinach, toss to coat
- Serve the kale or spinach salad topped with bacon, egg and avocado
