Ingredients
- 3 bananas ripe
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups gluten free oats
- 1/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or chopped almonds
Servings: dozen
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mash bananas with almond butter, coconut oil and vanilla.
- Stir in oats, coconut flakes, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and combine.
- Stir in chocolate chips or almonds.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
- Bake 12-14 min.
